My guess is you have written or made a mental list of all the things you want to achieve this year…
So how do you make them happen?
First, you must be clear on your WHY.
Because chances are if you have wanted to do something for a while, and you haven’t yet achieved it… there is usually a reason.
That’s why having clarity on your WHY is an important step towards achieving what you want.
✅ It provides a purpose, focus, clarity, and direction.
✅ It can help with motivation when you're faced with challenges and obstacles.
✅ It reminds you why it’s important to stay on track.
✅ Ultimately, it can help you to achieve your goals with confidence and success.
So how do you identify your WHY?
Here we go…
For each item on your list ask yourself these questions
What is it that you want to achieve?
Why is that?
And why is that?
And why is that?
And why is that?
And why is that?
At the end of asking yourself these questions, you should get to your root cause of WHY you want to achieve what you set out to.
And if it’s truly important to you, you will get it done.
Upon doing this exercise you will find that some of your WHYs don’t mean that much to you… and those goals/tasks will be crossed off your list, creating space and time for what’s really important.
Knowing the bigger picture and understanding your motivations are what get results.
